After a successful tenure at Mid-Atlantic Technical Services, Bob Boyer founded Flexible Solutions in 2004, continuing to serve the same customers. Flexible Solutions’ portfolio has grown to include a broad range of customers not only industrially, but also geographically, providing expansion joints to both domestic and international customers.
Our mission is to design, manufacture, and install all types of expansion joints and to supply related services that meet the unique needs and expectations of each of our customers.
Through our experience, teamwork, creativity, resourcefulness, and by doing business in an ethical manner, we help to keep our customers operating efficiently and safely.
In the end, we are supplying expansion joints, but providing peace of mind.

SONJA BRADLEY
PRESIDENT, GENERAL MANAGER
Sonja is responsible for the general operations of Flexible Solutions. She has been with Flexible Solutions since 2007, taking full ownership in 2016. Her 25+ years of experience includes Mid-Atlantic Technical Services, the predecessor to Flexible Solutions.
DEREK SHREVE
ENGINEERING TECH
Derek is the general supervisor for our installation services. You will regularly see him on customer sites gathering the information needed for application designs and installation quotes. Derek’s 25+ years of expansion joint experience includes Mid-Atlantic Technical Services, the predecessor to Flexible Solutions.
CHRIS FAGGA
ENGINEERING TECH
Chris has been one of our supervisors for our installation services. He joins our team with 3 years of field experience. He can often be found on customer sites gathering the information needed for application designs and installation quotes and walking down the various applications for surveys and inspections.
REBECCA JENSEN
BUSINESS MANAGER
Rebecca is responsible for receivables and payables, as well as quoting standard products. She has been part of the Flexible Solutions team since 2014. Rebecca has a degree in Business Administration from Salisbury University.
BOB BOYER

Bob retired at the end of 2015 to pursue his sailing adventures in the Bahamas and elsewhere.
